1.Installation precautions
Before replacement, drain the old refrigerant thoroughly and clean the pipe.
Fill refrigerant oil according to the manufacturer's specified model (such as PAG 46 or POE oil);
The electromagnetic clutch clearance should be adjusted to 0.3-0.6mm to avoid slippage or wear.
2.troubleshooting
Abnormal noise: may be caused by bearing damage or improper belt tension;
Insufficient refrigeration: check the clutch suction state or internal valve disc wear;
Fluorine leakage: Focus on checking shaft seal and O-ring sealing.
