Common fault
Air conditioning compressor as a high-speed rotating working part, the probability of failure is relatively high. Common faults include abnormal sound, leakage and non-working.
(1) There are many reasons for the abnormal sound of the compressor. For example, the electromagnetic clutch of the compressor is damaged, or the internal wear of the compressor is serious, which can produce abnormal sound.
① The electromagnetic clutch of the compressor is a common part of the abnormal sound. The compressor often operates from low speed to high speed under high load, so the requirements for the electromagnetic clutch are very high, and the installation position of the electromagnetic clutch is generally close to the ground, often in contact with rain and soil, when the bearing in the electromagnetic clutch is damaged, it will produce abnormal sound.
In addition to the problem of the electromagnetic clutch itself, the tightness of the compressor transmission belt also directly affects the life of the electromagnetic clutch. The transmission tape is too loose, the electromagnetic clutch is easy to slip; If the transmission belt is too tight, the load on the electromagnetic clutch will increase. When the tightness of the transmission tape is not good, the light will cause the compressor to not work, and the heavy will cause the compressor to be damaged. When the drive belt is working, if the compressor pulley and the generator pulley are not in the same plane, the life of the drive belt or compressor will be reduced.
③ Repeated suction of the electromagnetic clutch will also cause abnormal sound in the compressor. For example, the power generation of the generator is insufficient, the pressure of the air conditioning system is too high, or the engine load is too large, which will cause the repeated suction of the electromagnetic clutch.
(4) There should be a certain gap between the electromagnetic clutch and the compressor mounting surface, if the gap is too large, then the impact will increase, if the gap is too small, the electromagnetic clutch will work and the compressor mounting surface between the motion interference, which is also a common cause of abnormal sound.
⑤ The compressor needs reliable lubrication when working. When the compressor lacks lubricating oil, or the lubricating oil is not used properly, the compressor will produce serious abnormal sound, and even cause the wear and tear of the compressor.
(2) Leakage Refrigerant leakage is the most common problem in air conditioning systems. The leakage of the compressor is usually at the junction of the compressor and the high and low pressure pipe, which is usually more troublesome to check because of the installation position. The pressure inside the air conditioning system is very high, and when the refrigerant leaks, the compressor lubricating oil will be lost, which will lead to the air conditioning system not working or the poor lubrication of the compressor. There are pressure relief protection valves on air conditioning compressors, pressure relief protection valves are usually one-time use, after the system pressure is too high for pressure relief, should be replaced in time.
(3) Do not work There are many reasons why the air conditioning compressor does not work, usually because of problems with the relevant circuit. You can initially check whether the compressor is damaged by directly supplying power to the electromagnetic clutch of the compressor.
